  • My main issue with the rhythm is that it feels too overgeneralized and ignores certain instrument peaks. For instance, 00:04:323 - here, the beat is unclickable, yet a much weaker beat on 00:03:997 - has a clickable object. Something like this would work a lot better. Same applies to 00:09:214 (3,4) - and something similar happens to 00:17:040 (3,4) - and later in the song.

    The best way to explain that is to focus more on the instrument itself and the fact that it sort of varies throughout the song, so, using the same variationless rhythm does not fit the music at all. The song is so much different from a consistent 1/2 rhythm.

  • I'd probably argue with the rhythm choice you have, and let me explain why. As there is a single instrument it would make a lot more sense to get the most out of it. And that's exactly what you do with patterns like 00:01:062 (1,2,3), however, there is a number of beats like 00:00:410 - which are unstressed yet sound pretty strong. As a matter of fact, I percieve the song as something that utilizes a number of 1/2 doubles. So, for the first two patterns, I would probably pick a rhythm like this.

    There are more rhythm issues of the same kind, 00:08:888 (1,2,3,4) - for instance in this combo Ctrl+G'ing 00:08:888 (1,3,4) - would make more sense as 00:09:214 - is a really weak beat.

    Additionally, some patterns like 00:13:779 (2,3) - lack jumps. Compare it with 00:16:388 (2,3) - which has a nice dynamic and flows well. Just be sure that the jumps are consistent and placed on the beats which are actually strong.

  1. Um...why is your soft-hitfinish just a default soft-hitnormal? You don't have a custom soft-hitnormal, so it's just two of the same sound playing...this is a really weird solution (and will be disturbing to people whose skins have custom hs) to something you could've just achieved with regular volume manipulation.
[Hard]
  1. For a 2.45* diff, your DS is wildly inconsistent, both across and within the same patterns. ex: 00:00:084 (1,2) - 1.35x, but 00:05:301 (1,2) - 1.45x here in the same sound; 00:01:062 (1,2,3,4) - 1.57x here, but 1.31x here in the same sound; 00:02:366 (1,2,3,4) - 1.77x here, but 00:07:583 (1,2,3,4) - 1.40x here; I think you get the point. I know it's labeled a Hard, so the DS regulation doesn't need to be that strict - but there needs to be a reason. Why does your DS change so much, and so inconsistently, even when representing the same sounds? If you can't justify that, then you should probably just make it all the same.
  2. 00:11:170 (2) - The two curved sliders looks kinda lame, I think this would look better if it were a straight slider
  3. 00:13:779 (2) - I think this would look better if it were 00:13:127 (1) - ctrl+H ctrl+J
  4. 00:18:344 (1,2,3) - Would look better if sliderend of 3 were perfectly spaced between 1 and 2
  5. 00:38:236 (4) - Would work better as a straight slider imo

i have a harder hitfinish now so it fits on high beats and hitnormal on low

• Lower your hitvolumes to like 15 minimum at the end, you have it lowered to 5% and 10% and its difficult to hear
