Haven't you read the OP properly? Don't want to sound rude...
Requirements:
1) PC running Windows 7 or higher.
2) Either TouchProxy (Windows 8/8.1 only) or EcoTUIODriver (works on Win7, but I couldn't get it working on windows 8)
Mac: Try Tongseng, I've not tested it as I don't have any Macs.

For Android I used Unified Remote
As a controller for my mouse, though it has some input lag.
If you want to use it like a tablet, you need to have a phone that supports a pen like iPad Pro or the Samsung Note
Otherwise you'll have to use your fingers.

Here's the app for Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ech.Remote

Wow it works.

Is this how it feels to use a tablet?

If it doesn't let you enter your ipv6 address, then you'll either have to manually assign one or create a hosted network for them to connect to each other on.

An actual tablet is a bit nicer, since you can configure the area of the screen you use and you don't have to keep contact with the tablet surface for it to register. But as far as pointing and being able to zip about easier, yeah.

Try setting Ignore Mouse Buttons During Gameplay to on for both of those. Also check your key bindings.

No matter how hard I try, I can't get this to work. I have my firewall completely off (I never have it on), I've tried every IP I could find, I've switched ports, restarted my computer, used the different programs, run in administrator, yet NOTHING works. The client isn't receiving anything.
Kreston101

Does this still work?

It does.
Using Ethernet can be a lot more reliable than wifi, but it still rely by forwarding of router, especially on heavy load. One second lag would throw you into hell.

I'm using Mac+iPad+Pencil to make it actually playable, by transmitting via lightning cable, but it has a long list of requirement which makes it pretty complicated.

works fine though, problem is the cursor is so slow and it automatically clicks every time i move it. :T are there any ways to fix this? tyia ^^

Raw input on, map absolute to screen on, sensitivity 4x+, disable mouse button

This post has been updated as of Oct. 27, 2015! All methods should still work, I've tested everything except the iOS app on Windows 7.

If you have problems, try running the desktop server as administrator!

So I've been using this while waiting to be able to get a real tablet. This allows you to use any iOS or Android device that can install the app as an absolute tablet style controller.

Video:

Requirements:
1) PC running Windows 7 or higher.
2) Either TouchProxy (Windows 8/8.1 only) or EcoTUIODriver (works on Win7, but I couldn't get it working on windows 8)
Mac: Try Tongseng, I've not tested it as I don't have any Macs.
3) Apps -
Android: tuioDroid
iOS: TuioPad

4) OPTIONAL - A stylus. You can just use your fingers but that just seems weird to me. I'm using a Targa Slim stylus i got at Best Buy.

First off, install the Desktop and Mobile app that works with what you have (good luck getting tuiopad on Android otherwise).
Open up the desktop app to make sure it configures, and check the port it is set to.
NOTE: It may help to run as administrator. I got this working on Windows 10, but not until I ran it as admin.
Next, on your mobile device open the TUIO app and enter your computer's local IP address and the port.
Then just turn on the service from the desktop app and you have touch control! It registers as if you were touching on a Tablet PC, so it's like continuously holding down the mouse.
Remember to set osu! to use a mouse sensitivity of 1 or the cursor will spaz endlessly.

mind to ask, after i done everything the sensor still cannot work why??\

Hey Umm very cool idea but is there a way you can run this on Windows 10?
Kitty2231
i would like to know how do you enter the port and local id on tuiodroid
Bluegrass_Grape
I use windows 10, so I don't really get what application for that since all you shared was for Windows 7/8 and 8.1
