So something else... what does "forcing a thread" mean?
making a thread that particularly serves no purpose and is made for the sake of creating a thread.
for example, i'd force a thread if there's not been any activity at OT for the past 11 or more so hours just so that discussions would happen.
these threads tend to lack quality/creativity and is just created to force discussions if there can be any.
