I enjoy mixing a lot of skins together. I pick specific things I like in each skin and make a skin I like. But now I'm looking for skins that have cute and funny welcome.mp3 and seeya.mp3 sounds. Please put download links below if you indeed have a skin as such! Ty :)

Download a load of mixed skins, there isn't a huge repository of every single thing ever... sure, there's osuskinner, but that thing is not moderated anymore
