The best tablet atm?

Hello, so i've been going through the forum threads about tablets for awhile now but i still haven't found exactly which tablet would be the best for osu! and Photoshop stuffs. between these tablets: CTL 480 (can i even find a store that still has it anymore?), CTL 490 (heard it still has serious delay issues), CTH 480 or CTH490?(no clue about how good they're) an answer would be really appreciated as i'm about to buy a tablet soon.

I'm using the CTL 490 and it works fine. Haven't had any problems with it.

Oh? Well that's weird, all the posts I've seen about CTL 490 mentioned having a significant delay input.

I mean, I haven't tried anything else so I have nothing to compare with but as I said I think it works fine.
