EDIT: I finally found out what the problem was. It had to do with wallpaper_engine (a background manager from steam). I had tweaked the settings of it and I had the same weird framerate drop when I was on my desktop so I reset my settings and put them back to High which seems to be alright
Problem Details: Last night I played 3 hours straight without any problems but this morning when I launched the game everything has gone wrong. When I move my mouse, my framerate is decreasing down to 80 fps and my input latency is going so high for no reasons
I checked all my settings, nothing has changed.
My drivers are all up to date (graphics card/Mouse)
I didn't change my compupter's properties
