00:15:067 (4,1) - vs 00:20:886 (4,1) - it would be best imo to make this consistent (slider to circle or circle, 1/1 then slider) since there isn't much difference between them and so repeating the rhythm would be make it more familiar with the player
00:41:613 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - (that's a large timestamp) I find the relative rhythm intensity of this pattern incorrect. This part of the song is where the music intensity gradually increases from the calmish verse to the intense chorus. However the rhythm intensity of this pattern is from most intense, least intense, moderate intense (3,1,2). It should be least intense, moderate intense, most intense (1,2,3) imo to really reflect the music well. What I mean is like a pattern like 00:41:613 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - should be where 00:47:431 (1) - is, 00:44:522 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - should be where 00:41:613 (1) - is, and 00:47:431 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - should be where 00:44:522 (1) - is. Changing this would require you to change at least 6 bars of patterns though
00:58:704 (6) - I don't think there is anything in the music to justify using these repeat sliders as there is no sound in the music to support it ;_; either that or my hearing is off. applies same at 01:17:613 (4) - but not too sure about 01:19:340 (5) -
01:25:976 (3,4,1) - I would space these a bit more closer to each other imo since you haven't spaced 1/4 rhythm out before this part

The problen however is with the first part, 00:41:795 (1,2,3) - which follows the keyboard. I suggest amending the rhythm here so it follows percussion instead as it would make this section more intuitive to play
01:27:976 (4) - I don't hear any distinct sounds on this slider start ._. having a circle at 01:28:067 - would be a better idea imo as done in Left's Insane

00:34:886 (4) - maybe tidy up this slider a little bit. If one of the sides of the slider were perfectly horizontal, the other isn't as shown here
00:50:886 (2,3) - should be circle to slider rather than slider to circle imo, would reflect the vocals better by making the two vocal points clickable and the drum on the whtie tick
