In general, jump movements should be as least cluttered as possible. Avoid overlapping notes on top of each other. This is normally done by avoiding objects from staying in the same general area.
For example, all of 00:44:597 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - is more or less in one small area, so that pretty much results in cluttered clusters.
Sometimes, it causes it to be more difficult to read, and in pretty much most of the time, it simply makes it more irritating to the eye (in the sense it's painful rather than infuriating) to look at so many objects in one location
Interestingly, your jump patterns towards the end are much neater and less clustered, but this is largely because of the spacing. You can still avoid clustering without too much spacing if the direction of movement is changed

00:22:764 (1,2) - you should extend 00:22:764 (1) - to 00:23:097 - since having two 1/4s here doesn't work: there's nothing to emphasize on 00:23:097 - . Take into comparison 00:23:597 (5,6) - where there is a sound on 00:23:930 - to map to so this pattern works there.
00:29:430 (2,4,1,2,3) - Most of the objects are crowding up in this area. You should move some of them away from each other so that it's not cluttered. My suggestion is moving the whole 00:29:264 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) -
00:30:764 (1,2,3) - You should also keep these from touching each other and change the movement as well. You see, the movement from 00:30:764 (1) - to 00:31:097 (2) - is weird, and the movement of 00:30:764 (1,2,3) - as a whole doesn't really connect well to 00:31:764 (1,2,3) - You can clean up the whole 00:30:764 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - like this:

01:06:930 (7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I don't think you should've mapped that many 1/4s in this area. Yes, there's that whole 1/4 continuous sound thing in the background, but I really don't think it ever warrants a lot of 1/4s like this. Chopping up the stream pretty much means you're trying to emphasize something specific in the song but there isn't anything such here, so I don't think it works out well. I'm being a bit more lenient with the other triplets and groups of five considering its Drum n Bass, but with this much in a small area I think it just doesn't work.
