You can practice your reading with 3* song, that could be a good start, before learning to stream, but as F1r3tar said, this might be not real streaming at 3*. I think you mean "streaming" for cool triplets or stuffs. But I think that you can find it in the beatmap research, nowadays, a lot of 3*+ got some triplets like that. I think that could be a pretty good begining, no?

Why the hell do you even want to practice streaming
You should focus on fundamentals like simple reading, acc etc.
Streams start appearing in 4* maps. (Could be a few exeptions)

well if people want to practice something it's their preference
i mean i'm supposed to grind 3.5* but i'm doing 4* jump maps?? (even tho i get no pp lol kek i suck)
there's also reasons for others suggesting not to do / to do something as well
so it's up to what OP does depending on advice / what you want to do

You need to be proficient at triples/pents and/or doubles/quads before learning how to stream. Collect maps that have lots of those and practise on them.
I think you should learn the basics before streams, improve by playing for fun, it's better like that
