It's called " Insanity Approaches "

Not sure what it is or how I got it; so I turned to google and searched it but, nothing came up but a topic that's now not viewable(?) because it's deleted or something.

So I took a peak at the cache and it's just a person that said the same thing as me but, with little to no detail lol.

I'm pretty sure it's obtained by beating any 4.xx star map. the same goes for all the other similar achievements for their respective star values.

It's not viewable on the old site, but it is on the new site (there should be a link at the bottom of the "Achievements" section on your profile). You get "Insanity Approaches" for passing a 4-star map.
