I think it's too hard to implement because spinning speed is always changing and old scores cannot count because most replays are not saved(except Top40)

I don't want people to see how bad I am at spinners, but I guess it's a kind of neat idea. 
my spinner speed sucks so NO! 
i have no idea why this is marked as added. i'm moving this back to feature requests unless someone can explain how this is added

This is actually already added into the game. It's not normally visible on the result screen, but if you hover over the graph at the bottom then it says:
Accuracy:

I don't think it's a good idea unless we can get data for every map we've played, I have a 96% accuracy right now and I barely ever get that low but I don't tend to get in the top 50 with that, so if I get a bad spinner and it gets in the top 50 I would be known for having a bad SPM when a lot of the time I can get to 400+.

Whenever you are at the result screen, hover your cursor to the performance graph.
