Problem Details:
Hello. I saw in this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOzi8Q655vs he can draw in editor .
Anyone know how?

It looks more like he's using presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or LibreOffice over screencaps of the editor. The cursors are also different too, so often those sorts of programs have tools where you can write notes and things like that.

You can always ask Mo himself. I don't think he bites. :p
