Problem Details:
In a multiplayer room, after passing host (at any point in time), the user is unable to right-click the map to add to collections.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hold host. (note that you can right-click to add to collections, even after changing songs)
2. Pass host to someone.
3. Try to right-click the song and note that it doesn't work.
