Problem Details:

Я переустановил компютер, скачал осу, а треков старых нет, где мне их все найти?

The songs should be inside the /Songs/ folder.
If you didn't back it up when your reset your PC, I'm afraid they're lost.
Check if they're in the Recycle bin if you meant that you only reinstalled osu!

But if not, you'll have to redownload them again.
