If this is the screen that comes up immediately after playing a map, then the porblem is probably with your skin having an invisible replay button

If it is the screen that comes up when you click on your score from the song selction menu, it never has a replay option. Instead, it has the watch button

Go to the results screen and press F2. If it exports a replay than you can go to your replays folder and import it that way. If it comes up with an error when you press F2 which says no replay data could be retrieved than sorry to say but the replay is lost.
