01:04:101 (2) - I suggest mapping to the vocals here. (2 3/4 sliders) because this part's kinda lame for how intense the song is getting right now.
01:05:278 (1,2) - The flow between these 2 notes isn't very good because the slider moves slower than the player's snapping. I suggest moving 2 here: y:408 x:292 At least somewhere around here, and you'll get where I'm going.
01:27:239 (1) - Since this slider started on a vocal, I suggest ending it off here instead for consistency.

00:09:984 (4,1) - Consider trying to move note placements here, since you don't want to move 4, you can move 1 to look more visually appealing. NC-ing 4 is also an option but it would still look somewhat awkward (you would have to remove the NC at 00:10:376 - if you wanted to NC 4 though)
00:22:925 (1,2) - Small detail, you could make these the same shape (copy paste 1 and reflect it) so that way it's nice an symmetrical
00:35:474 (1) - Maybe use soft finish here? The drum finish doesn't exactly capture the intensity of the transition between the somewhat fast part to the slow part
01:04:886 (4,1,2,3,4) - Maybe try something like in the box below. Currently when the vocals say "mawaru" it doesn't feel very distinct from the previous measure. This would also apply to the second time this verse comes up.
01:27:239 (3) - Would be better to end at 01:28:611 - in my opinion, that's when the vocals end and I can't really hear anything distinctive after that point

00:21:356 (1,2,3) - I feel that this should have a little bit of a jump to it, it's the transition from a vocal section to another vocal section with heavy emphasis on the downbeat, it deserves a little bit more than the usual spacing that you have
00:22:141 (6) - If possible, try to find a way to make 00:22:337 - clickable. The beat is pretty strong and it feels weird that it only lands on a slider end

That's about it, the hard was pretty nice. Make sure you go over your hitsounds again though, there are a few inconsistencies and a few things you could add to make it much more enjoyable to hear~

I strongly suggest stack leniency of difficulties other than Insane to be switched higher, as new players are confused when notes stack. default level of 7 is recommended.

01:03:709 (1,2) - blanket will look better and play better

01:10:768 (3,4,5,6) - make a perfect diamond plz.
01:21:945 (2,3,1) - flow can be improved. explanation: as the box below shows, the absurd change of flow interrupts player's mind.

i am rly scared about the ar on this diff, it feels way too high for the note density and difficulty this is currently. i'd advise to tune it down to maybe like 5,5 so it is a bit more linear with the rest of the mapset
