  1. I feel like the OD of the EZ diffs could be increased just a little bit due to the lower amount of LNs in each. Maybe ~6.8 to ~7?
[5K EZ]00:03:456 (3456|2,3700|3) - I think it'd be easier to end this LN and note at 00:03:781 since it's on the red tick and would be easier for the player to predict the end.
00:19:835 - I'd consider either adding another note here for the crash and trumpet, or turning 00:19:835 (19835|2) into an LN and ending at 00:20:159 for the trumpet.
00:33:781 (33781|3,33943|0) - This is more personal preference, but I think this pause would have a bit more finality to it if you flipped the first and second note (control H) so it'd feel like doing a large jump since you'd go from left to right really suddenly.
00:44:970 (44970|4) - It'd make more sense to move this note up to 00:45:294 for the kick rather than the vocal since the drums is what most players are going to be focusing on.
00:59:078 (59078|3) - Consider making this note a 1/1 LN for the trumpet? Or you could make it a double since it stands out.
01:29:402 (89402|3) - The build up sound I assume this LN is for begins at 01:28:916 . Or, if you're following the vocal, similar to the beginning, you should extend it to start at 01:29:240
01:31:510 (91510|0) - Since this is the last last note of the song, I think it'd fit better to be in column 3 because it'd be symmetric then.
01:31:510 (91510|3) - if the above suggestion is denied, then I'd consider moving this to 5 so that it would feel like this final chord is encompassing all the notes in this song. The pitch relevancy is fine as is though, so whatever works better for you.

[5K NM]00:03:943 (3943|0,4024|1,4105|2,4186|3,4267|4) - I feel like you've used way too much 1/4 in this measure for this to be a NM difficulty. It's justified for the snare, but these toms blend in with the build up whoosh sound starting at 00:03:943 so it would be difficult for a beginner to pick up which sound these are mapped to right off the bat. I'd suggest replacing these notes with an LN instead for the build up.
00:09:294 (9294|1,9375|4,9456|0) - A straight right -> left roll might be easier to read than going from left hand to right hand, then back to left hand in the span of only 1/2 beat. Maybe try something like this instead starting at 00:08:970
00:12:213 (12213|3) - This is visual preference, but this shield looks very out of place since you haven't used a shield anywhere else in the music yet. Maybe move it to 2?
00:13:186 (13186|0) - Same reason as above, to me, I think it'd look nicer in 2.
00:34:916 (34916|3) - Why not just make this a roll? So move to 1 cause then it'd be easy to read since it would go from left -> right, rather than making a 1/2 ministack with 00:34:916 (34916|3,35078|3)
00:44:645 (44645|2) - This note was a bit confusing to me since I expected the first note to come at 00:44:808 with the drums, rather than the vocals. I'd consider removing the note in 3 then because players would expect the drums to come in first before vocals.
01:16:429 (76429|1,76591|2,76754|3) - Not sure if this suggestion is appropriate for a NM diff, but why not jack all these notes together in 3 since they're all the same pitch?
01:31:510 (91510|1,91510|3) - Might consider ending one of these LNs at 01:35:078 since the guitar kind of dies out there, but it's fine either way.

[5K HD]00:03:781 - Why not finish the burst here and add a single note in 3 for the snare? It seems strange to only map the snares and ignore the tom which is on a more predictable 1/2 snap.
00:05:727 (5727|4,5889|4) - If you're following pitch relevancy here for the trumpets, move these 2 notes to 4 since they're the same pitch as 00:05:402 (5402|3)
00:16:105 (16105|4) - Maybe turn this note into a 1/2 LN like at 00:16:429 (16429|4) since they're the same pitch.
00:34:916 - For the minijumptrill here, try something like this in order to stick to the adjacent note doubles you have here, like this
00:39:943 (39943|1,40105|1) - The background piano isn't the same pitch with these two notes, nor is the vocal, so there's no actual reason to jack them, cause they stand out in this measure kind of badly imo. Maybe try moving 00:40:105 (40105|1) to 4.

[5K MX]00:16:308 (16308|0,16348|1,16389|4,16429|3,16470|1,16510|0,16551|3) - it looks cool what you did here, but it's pretty difficult to hit, at least for me. I think it's mainly because of this 00:16:470 (16470|1,16510|0,16551|3,16591|4) since that pattern tends to be the most difficult to hit. I'd really suggest just using something like a splitroll
01:09:456 (69456|0,69618|0) - This jack seems kind of random, maybe swap columns with 01:09:618 (69618|0,69781|1) instead?

01:31:510 (91510|3,91510|2) - I would suggest one of these LNs should end here as what i conceive is that these LNs follows the Guitar and Piano pitch in which the Piano pitch is a bit longer rather than the guitar pitch on it's end. And so i suggest one of these LNs end at 01:36:537 as the piano pitch ended here.

Nothing more to suggest nor fix on this diff~

00:05:240 (5240|2,5402|0,5564|2,5564|3,5727|0) - On this part i suggest this for consistency and better note placements as it will give a bit of impact and better transition. http://puu.sh/sc1Fi.jpg. (When applied) Notice these 00:05:240 (5240|0,5240|1,5564|1,5564|0) - then while playing along then these 00:06:213 (6213|2,6213|3,6537|2,6537|3) - Just next to it on the next LN you will see the transition.
