[Archived] Lost my ranks

Problem Details:So I decided to play a bit today so I go on a song and get a A rank. My previous was a B and it didnt update with my ranking
I tried another song I got an S. Song also had a B before and still has a B I have a video of me getting the S and I have a screenshot of the B rank. If anyone knows if theres a way to help please do?!

If you got your S when you didn't have Internet, then that's why. You can't record replays offline, you need to be online!

I just played it again got an A and it still is B :/

to make sure that you are online and logged in while playing, can you see the global rankings when you select your map to play on?
another thing to note : you will see your best score play with the respective rank. so if your "B" score is higher than your freshly played "S" Rank, the "B" will remain showing up in beatmap selection. you can check that if you switch to "local rankings" and then see what are your own highest scores on that map

My S score was higher then B and I tried again today got S again and not updating. Also I can see global rankings and my previous record (THE B)
Also when I finish the map it says S for a millisecond then switches back to the B core on the ranking chart.

Its not just the single map too ive beaten the score today on 2 differnet ones got like 3x more score and got S on them (All of these ones I did when I was nooby so all was B score and easy to top)

hello FishPlayz, i hope i cant help you with this ... i've already encounter that kind of problem... fist step to do is.. check you internet if stable ... if ok , before playing , you must select global ranking and also before playing you must also see the score on the left your screen.. if ok .. then you dont have a problem..

If you were online then Bancho probably fucked up while trying to save your score. Unless your internet was cut off or something,then that might be why.
