Problem Details:
so I have a pretty potato pc but this problem never happened, today when I wanted to play the game only ran with 30fps max
I tried going to fallback and cuttingedge, tried disabling and re-enabling fullscreen+letterboxing, restarted my pc 2 times and started osu right up so no stuff in background, changing the things in the power options, different frame limiters including unlimited and I simply ran out of ideas
