Problem Details:
I have change something from settings , but it has turned into white.

Hold shift while launching osu!. A recovery dialog will pop up. From there, enable Compatibility Mode.

Also make sure your graphic drivers are up to date. See https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/GL_Support_Issues
