Problem Details:

Hello,I went through a difficult map,wanted to record the video , but for some reason the demo is not preserved ,please help!

Try clicking it from 'Local Rankings"
Or look at the exact date+time you played it. Then open the osu/data/r (hidden folder) and locate the file with the exact same creation time.
If the replay isn't in any of these 2, it likely can't be retrieved. Also, plays in multiplayer don't go to local scores

You need to find the data folder
This is a hidden folder
Right click in the screen --> Properties --> untick "Hide hidden folders" (not sure what it's called)
Then open the data folder, and then the r folder
