Problem Details:
Whenever i click the thumbnail on the website to preview the song it does not play any audio.

Does this happen with all beatmaps or just a specific one?

it's probably just one of the songs, it works like that for me too, some work some don't.

Sometimes it is because a beatmap is no longer available to download, which can happen for a variety of reasons. Otherwise, it is probably just your connection. When this happens to me I just reload and it ends up working. Also, you may need to let it load, so be a little patient after you click it. I think that if you see the pause sign it means that it is working on it.
