MS is not delay. it is the inverse of your FPS (so its seconds per frame). its supposed to show that.
and Hz is the refresh rate of your monitor, so that means you have fps limiter on unlimited. it shows your Hz since technically your screen cant put more frames on itself than its refresh rate

Then if you reach max, It should be at about 0.5ms

Is there any other problems / questions you have related to this?

If I use Fraps for example it says round about 1980-2030 FPS
I got 0,7ms

Sounds close enough, 0.5ms was just a rounded estimated number.

Can I mark resolved? Or do you require info on anything else? Because I don't see any problem here.

Sorry for the necropost. The point here is that this shouldn't be intended. People want the show fps option for a reason. We want to be able to see what our fps is as well.

But it doesnt show the FPS because FPS is just the inverse of the Hz, which is described above

If you reach the max frames then you can only have as many frames as refresh rate, so why not show the refresh rate at the bottom if they are =

Hope this helps!
