[Archived] helps plz my beatmaps are missing!!

Problem Details:
i downloaded heaps of beatmaps, only to find that it was all wasted..
I put them into the songs folder in Osu and double clicked them. Then osu started and all these error windows popped up. i looked back at the folder and all my downloaded beatmaps are gone! i did a complete search of my computer but could not find them.
aaarghh please help me i can' find my recent downloads cuz of stupid safari.(i should use chrome)

Well, unfortunately, if they are missing from your osu! folder, then they are probably gone and you will have to redownload them. However, did you try checking the recycle bin?

so theres nothing in your song folder?

its kind of weird that your songs would disappear out of no where.

try installing a song, and see if the problem happens again.

if it does, take pictures and post them. curious me is curious...

only my previous added songs. i use a mac. there is a link of the error in my first post.

Have you been able to see them in-game? Or were they deleted right away?
