How do I fix this, I have no idea what is going on it's so weird

are you using raw input and 1x sens?

I Wish I knew what you meant, I downloaded the software for the tablet and it works perfectly fin on everything, I am on 2.5x sensitivity but when I turned it down or up it didn't change
