[Archived] Osu! reinstalling problom

Problem Details:

My Osu! stopped working one day and when I try reinstalling it all it crashes

When does it crash? Anyways, first of all, make sure to have your GPU drivers up to date.

Alright I'll try updating my my PGU drivers (it crashes right after I open up the installer)

So, it doesn't even open osu!? Try to hold Shift while opening osu! and don't release it until a config window pops up, then enable the "Compatibility mode" option and click on start osu!.

If you can't even reach that window because it crashes, could you go to the Windows Evenet Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application and see what kind of error is it showing? Could you copy and paste the error here or take a screenshot?

I cant Osu! because I need to reinstall it first the problem is in the installing process

Are you using the current installer ?
