Problem Details:
i got slow connection when it comes on bancho and downloading beatmaps

Elaborate a little more.
Please know that slow downloads can be normal, and not always have a fix.

My connection with the website and bancho is pretty slow. It takes 10 seconds before i can ready in mp and it takes almost 1 hour for a 10 mb .osz file to dl.
I tried doing a speedtest and my ping is normal and my down and up speed is 4mbps (which what I know, is pretty slow since i have a poor country.)

If this didn't happen to you before, it's probably a temporary issue from your connection. There is nothing we can do about it. You will need to wait I guess.
