Wacom Intuos pen (CTL-480s) Cursor jumping around and i have no idea how to fix

my first tablet btw.

That video is set as private. We can't view it. Use unlisted instead.

Anyhow, use a sensitivity of 1x and change your tablet area in the wacom drivers instead.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use the wacom drivers, you can enable raw input and increase the sensitivity.

o.O That's really messed up. I'm not entirely sure what to say, but here's a few things:
Does this happen outside of osu! aswell?
Does raw input make a difference?
What about a different USB port?
Have you tried different/older drivers?
