Problem Details:
I have always played with mouse with raw input off and 1.6 sensitivity and I had no problem at all in Windows 7, but recently I updated to Windows 10 and whenever I try to set my sensitivity to 1.6 it enables the raw input and the cursor feels really laggy sometimes and "heavy". I tried the regedit fix but that didn't help. I hope you can help me with this
I also tried updating the VGA drivers but nothing changed.
