[Archived] No pp and online ranking stats!

Hello, since some days i have a problem that i often don't receive pp and online ranking stats. I deleted Osu once and checked if everything is ok with the internet and the firewall and my friend (that using the same internet connection) has no problems to receive pp and online ranking stats. I'm waiting for like 30 minutes everytime and nothing happens. :|

Something is blocking your connection to the rankings servers.

Can you go online?
Have you checked the firewall?
Have you checked for viruses?
Were you able to submit before?

If you think that's an accounting issue then log out of osu and login again.
If that doesn't work I would suggest you to send an e-mail to accounts@ppy.sh and explain your issue.
If someone else on the same connection can submit scores then it's most likely an accounting issue.

And i sent an email to accounts@ppy.sh. I hope that they will response soon. :)

I don't think this is an account issue... If you could submit scores in the past and you didn't change anything, it's most likely an issue with your ISP...
If it's an ISP issue in the end, it will most likely be fixed by itself.

Hey guys,

I know now that something on my Pc is the problem. Any ideas what it could be? (It's not my firewall and no virus) :?

make sure you don't have any third party firewall that probably block your score submission.
and also try to deactivate your antivirus first and tell us if it works.

I tried it and it's still the same, sometimes i get pp and ranking stats and sometimes not. :?
