[resolved] [confirmed] Jump to window dropdown hover sound anywhere

Problem Details:
If you use the Jump to window, its dropdown will always be hoverable, thus making sounds when your cursor hovers it anywhere in the game.

Issue(s) in this thread have been addressed by the following changes:

Fix JumpTo dropdown sounds appearing everywhere in the game. (smoogipooo)

The changes will be applied to builds newer than b20160216cuttingedge.

Please follow up in this thread if you believe more work needs to be done to fix the mentioned issues. If they have not yet been resolved, please provide any new details that may have arisen after this build.
