Problem Details:
when i open something in chat i get a black screen and then no error it acts like nothing happen

Make sure you have a default browser set. If you already do try changing it to a different browser.

i want google chrome to be my default browser can you help me make it to my default? i dont know how xD

You need to go tou your Google Chrome configuration and look at here (where the red box you should have a button to make it your default browser):

I don't know if it is exactly the same issue, but I'm gonna leave this here. p/3428440

Like they say in that post, try to reinstall your browser (And set it as default again, do not forget that.)
