Problem Details:

It's not a big issue, but my user profile says that I got #57 on Last Note. - Caramel Heaven [Easy] b/252182
It says #51 in-game.

osu! version: 20150414.2 (latest)

Not sure if it's because all of the scores 51-57 might be the same?
I imagine at that point there would be further scoring criteria other than your raw score.

#51 is your real rank. The extra 6 places are taken by users who have had their accounts hidden for breaking the rules and thus no longer count on the leaderboards.

Basically what MillhioreF said, the web counts the hidden accounts on the leaderboards (don't show up on Top 50, you can have a #45 score and the web saying that you are #52, for example). Just trust the client.

In game rank shows the highest rank achieved with that score. Tied scores are all considered as having the same rank.
