[Archived] O!b make my laptop overheat and heavy stuttering on gameplay

Problem Details:
The current osu!beta cause my laptop to overheat after playing for about 30 minutes, and It also creates stuttering during gameplay (really noticable on mania).

Then clean the dust out of your laptop and apply a framerate limiter?

Recently cleaned, framerate applied to 120. Still overheat.

Graphics Backend? you can try changing that

Beta is OpenGl only. I know that the recent beta seems to have issues with graphics such that it creates too much of a load. Can you do ctrl+f11 and post a screenshot? I wonder if you are having the same problem as me: Is the graphics processing or the Swapbuffer causing you issues.
