Problem Details:
This problem seems to only happen if you are watching a replay, when you force Osu! to have lower FPS/UPS than specified in the options.
(Here i'm using fraps to record at 30 FPS, and that sets the game FPS/UPS to 30. It's set to unlimited in Osu! options.)
So it's quite simple. When you dash and move while having this setup, the counter is incremented each frame or two, making it very high in no time.
Not a big problem, but that's weird so i'm reporting it. However It doesn't seem to do it all the time, but i didn't really investigate the case. I found it while recording the video below.
