Problem Details:
I found this username I like and has not been active since 2 years ago. I tried to change my username to the name I desired but was unable to. The message "The requested username is in use and has been too active to be taken!" popped up. The username change page stated that if the user has not logged in for over 1.5 years and has a play count under 400, their name could be taken. Please fix this issue

If you hover over the 'last active' data it will give you a more accurate date,
as a year and 4 months might be rounded to 2 years, for example.

If the person's username should fall within the requirements to be taken, but you cannot take it,
