Problem Details:using correct username and password cannot login

cannot play multiple
personal record cannot upload to server
chat-server no respond
only show up username, no detail display

Make sure you have your firewall disabled, scan your computer for viruses, or try a different connection.

I have close all the firewall and antivirus software, but still cannot login...

I would suspect then that it is the connection you're on. Have you tried yet logging in on a different connection?

if that doesn't work you should try contacting accounts@ppy.sh about that problem
