I have not downloaded this skin and am basing my comments entirely the screenshots.

-Mod icons look cheap and nasty.
-Spinner looks like you dimmed the original spinner and put circles on it (probably because that's exactly what you did, and it looks horrible compared to the spinner behind them). I'd expect the meter to be like flame shaped with the flames rising (and the spinner a fireball).
-Random fractals look horrible and don't have any real reason to be there.
-CTB fruits looks slightly passable but don't look like they should be a part of this skin (also lots of white bits) and they only look right when they're vertical, fireballs would be more suited to the job. (And the fruit ryuuta should be a fireman or something (Or a man catching fire balls WITH HIS BARE HANDS YEEEEEEEEAH.)
-Bright orange number really stand out in game looking somewhat out of place.
-Why is the back button a rainbow?
-What does any of this have to do with fire!? The only fire really is the CTB fruits and the BG in the ranking screen. More flames and stuff.
-The ranking letters look...not too bad. (And again could do with a more flamey theme.)
-The 300s, 100s and 50s aren't so bad but the outlines for the 100s and 50s is horrible looking. (Flames.)
-"On Fire!" looks more like it's "On Fice!"
-I don't mind the orange song select graphics.
-Can't read anything on the ranking screen due to a combination of fractals and bad colour choices.
-Orange and yellow gives off a "sunny" feel rather than a "EVERYTHING'S ON FIRE YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH" feeling.
The list goes on.

Oh, and pippi's eye looks horrible.

I kinda expected the "On Fire" skin to kinda be a little more...on fire with like, flames and burning passion.
All round the quality of this skin is painfully mediocre. Better than any skin made with paint though!
So yeah, I probably wont be using this skin...

The 'flames' thing kinda doesn't work due to it might look like the gurrendan skin.

If you're intent on releasing half-finished products, then so be it. Ain't going to get you anywhere nice in life though, specially with that attitude.

What the mandelbrot?

looks half-assed and mediocre in almost every aspect; you don't just post a skin and say it's final, you have to allow for the criticisms and suggestions

The crticism and suggestions came from my local osu! players in my area. Such as my cousin.

that is almost barely leaving your skin open for criticisms and suggestions at all and insulting considering the fact that adam took the time to make that huge post outlining your mistakes and you completely disregard his time and effort because oops your skin is done no more changes

I'm using it right now. It's playable and fine.

Then I suppose this thread doesn't need to stay open if you're not willing to accept input on the matter.
