Problem Details:
The "sort" functionality got messed up for me on the last update (1-2 hours ago I updated)

This is why.

Once all your maps are calculated again it will work properly again.

Not sure, but this is not the first time it happens without changes to the pp/stars system.
For some reason the update caused it though.

Depends on the amount of maps you have. It could be a few minutes, it could be a few hours.
I would just leave osu! open for a few hours.
