this score give me 3pp in game i don't know if it's right

According to your profile, you improved by 200+ ranks, so the pps should have been counted.
Maybe you didn't pay attention and it counted 103pp (from 3501 to 3604 pp) and you oversaw the hundreds digit changing, you oversee that easily when you watch your score after playing, happened to me too.

no cuz i hit 3.600pp 5 days ago, i'm pretty sure this song give me 3pp

This is not possible. pp gained in game and on your profile are the same. If it didn't add pp in game, then whatever pp you saw was not because of the play you made.

Sometimes it has happened to me where the game will update a minute or so behind the website.
