[Single Tappers] how often you do Full Alternate?

Now as a single tapper, I've done full alternation just for fun for part of maps, and it doesn't make me play terrible, in fact I play up to 90% as good as single tapping.
Aside from alternating low BPM streams, would doing full alternate on entire maps helps finger control as well?
Also, when you do often happen to do alternations instead?

That kind of stuff I can hardly singletap but I find it unnecessarily exhausting.

260+ bpm maps I alternate except I don't play any maps which require me to alternate so yeah...

Having changed from full-alternate to single-tap really early (6 months in), I had to get this down exactly to break certain habits.

If it plays like a stream (close together, 1/4 timing between starts/ends of sliders and notes): Full-alternate it (length of slider does not matter)
If there is an obvious jump between streams that end on a 1/4 slider, restart on main finger.

Single-tap all jumps/singles and 1/2 sliders that play as such (not connected to a stream).
Alternate the next note following a fast repeat slider.

Also to answer the question, when I'm really bored, or I just want to be safe if its a bunch of sliders and what not.

Same-beat slider jumps.
Same-beat slider->single jumps.
Sometimes when the BPM is like 300+.

When I have no fucking clue how to read the map (ie. kick sliders). That and streams. I haven't ascended to the level of n0tashy yet.

I full-alternate the following: slider->slider, slider->circle, circle->slider.

I ended up learning how to alternate through Dting and now I've been alternating ever since. I can't single tap that well anyways. I'll get tired pretty fast.

can't alternate otherwise I'll miss the music rhythm, unless it is a 270bpm stream or so. 306bpm is ok for me to singletap too.

Only if it's over 270 bpm.

Or if it's a map made entire of streams and sliders, then I'll full alternate.

Depends on the jumps and the stamina it takes to singletap, but i usually alternate anything over 240bpm except when it's 2-4 consecutive 1/2 notes

and when I have no idea how to follow a pattern or the song has high bpm and I can't bother about accuracy anymore

play scarlet rose, mythological's end and Chata-Rewind or Wonderful world
and you will see what I mean by I don't care about accuracy no more, lol

Wonderful world is actually not that bad for single tapping. It takes a little bit of commitment but if you are training for dt at all it becomes very doable.

when i already had a miss and im bored of the song, or if its 8+ 280bpm notes (like that one part in nyaten)
