I'm having a strange issue with the gamepad support in osu!. The game seems to poll controllers in a different way than keyboards and mice, and this is resulting in oddly consistent intervals appearing on the timing metre:
(this is Mermaid girl -Akiba Koubou MIX-, a map which has been taken down by Konami, but this behaviour should be easily replicated with other 150bpm maps in osu!mania)
I've tried various controllers, different framerate limits, and overclocking the controllers' polling rate via HIDUSBF, to no avail. I've even tried things like Xpadder, which prevents this issue from happening but also introduces a noticeable amount of input latency. These issues don't happen when playing on keyboard.
