Problem Details:
So last night my PC updated from 8 to 8.1 and now OSU! is acting funny.

It all happens when you start playing a beatmap....
First, the interface completely disappears
Second, if it doesn't crash after that, it crashes on the first note.

Another thing to note is that I've ran the .NET repair tool, and it didn't fix anything

here is my log for the issue, I googled it but the other forum posts didn't solve my issue

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Do you have the proper .NET installation and version?

Well there's a possibility it corrupted on updates, is there a method to reinstall? I'll try checking though.

Here is my resolve:
1. Windows repair tool didn't work at all.
2. I found this tool: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archiv ... 04493.aspx
3. I restarted my computer and we're back in business.
