When i start osu! its all ok, but when i click on solo the screen comes blue and the songs never appear

I've had this before. I think it means that it cannot access your songs folder.

1. Don't run osu! as an administrator.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Osu cannot access the directory of your songs.
4. There are no maps?

You should still be able to hear the music right? This is a big problem, I've had it a bunch of times before, but usually a restart fixes it for me.
