Problem Details:
every once in a while when I start up osu! all the songs will be off beat. i try the songs over and over and still cant play because the beat is completely off. i tried the offset wizard but that just makes it worse. If i restart my pc it will fix it sometimes but sometimes restarting it over and over does nothing to help. It is getting really annoying as my gameplay is constantly changing because of this issue. please help!
