[resolved] Osu! stutters like a disc

Problem Details:
Hey guys,

Osu! sometimes (several times a day or once a month) stutters like a disc and I don't know why. The problem appeared about 6 months ago. This problem appears in the whole game. When playing beatmaps the screen just repeats in a loop and suddenly continues
any clues?

The repeating means your computer struggles with audio processing and osu! tries to resync audio. Your best bet is trying to update both graphic card and sound card drivers.

Does it sounds like a broken record? Just stuttering like a mad machine? The case is probably that osu! is still loading or your computer is still loading. Just give it a moment to do its things.

graphic card is up to date, but my sound card isn't. I'm installing a new driver version and give it a shot :)
I'll keep you informed if it helped, but first I gotta try it ;)

I still have the problem although i updated my sound card and graphic card. I captured it with fraps so you can see the problem.

Did you try to play with DirectX and Unlimited fps? Also you can try D3D Antilag while you're at it.

Also, do you use any virtual 3d sound application such as Razer Audio / Soundblaster?
