Boring:
0:19:329 - The start of the beatmap is too rapid for a ''Boring'' and dosn't really flow... I suggest removing the slider and instead placing one at 0:19:846 1/1 long and a note at 0:20:622.
0:24:243 - Make it easier by removing (2) and repeating the slider once more.
0:26:829 - Don't repeat the slider here. Add another slider 1/1 long here instead and remove (1).
0:27:605 - New combo.

Relaxing:
0:33:036 - remove 4,5,6,7,8. Instead do this to stop 1/1s in a very nice bit: Make a slider at 0:33:036 1/1 long. Then a slider at 0:33:812 1/1 long and then a slider at 0:34:588 1/2 long. Then add notes at 0:35:105 and at 0:35:364. Now, make the new (7) new combo.
0:35:881 - Remove. New combo the note 1/2 after
0:49:071 - Make twice as long. Remove (6) and put (5) 1/2 to the back.
1:39:243 - This probably is unrankable because the slider goes over itself so players won't know where it starts and which way it goes.
