my friend http://osu.ppy.sh/u/flyingpandar has linux on her laptop she says shes tried the solutions on here but they didnt work

She DL's osu and when it gets to the final stage of downloading it says something like "error"

does this happen to anyone? and if you found a solution can your tell us please =D
