Ok, I've done some research into this issue and it looks like it can be solved by downloading any free App Store app (you can delete it afterward). I don't really understand the issue or why that fixes anything, but that's what it looks like. So if you're having this issue, please try this. If you don't have an iTunes account and don't want to provide credit card info to Apple, check out these pages, though I've never used any of them and don't know if any of them actually work. Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

I can honestly say I'm at a lost. I'm really not sure what next to try. Is the exact error you're seeing:

I know similar situation
Installing any let's say normal/legit application from AppStore makes iPhone - let's say it to make it easy to understant - install some things like "key" that is unique for each one, remember every application must be somehow signed to be run on iPhone, no matter how but MUST be signed, and since Free Application from iTunes will be signed, that fixes everything as should...

osu! is not available on the app store and for now lets say it won't be. (there is currently no development)
All you can do is jailbreak it

so what am I going to do now? I downloaded osu!stream to my iPad but it doesn't open. I mean when I try to open it fails (close it selfs) on the beginning page, before the menu before the everything. HELP ME I AM TRYING TO OPEN IT FOR 3+ MONTHS !
