does anyone has an idea how to vectorize a jpg?

The images are all 1400dpi and i got them in vectorized in pfd and .ai
The quality of the uploaded pics may be rather bad but trust me it looks better in .ai or pdf
Also I'm working on a version with another colour atm(would be cyan-blue....tell me if you want it )
